NATIONAL SNOW FESTIVAL

Come have the best of times with us!

Every winter, San Carlos de Bariloche awaits you with the best of celebrations: the National Snow Festival. This festival in honor of our Andean culture combines traditional activities and new experiences in an event to open the largest snow center in Argentina.

The festival lasts an entire week and includes music shows, pageants, art exhibits and sporting events, culminating with the election of the National Snow Queen at the city’s Civic Center. On the mountains, you must experience the amazing Descent of the Torches, where all ski teams and schools ski down the mountainside with lit torches at sunset. A breathtaking lighting experience.
